

After a challenging year we are pleased to report that all UK operations are now stabilising and we will soon be heading closer to an optimal arrangement for our clients that takes into account the the current climate and context together with the shifting dynamic presented by the rapidly changing COVID -19 working environment.

The large majority of our projects and workflow has now been brought up to date with Grade 7 large scale projects undergoing delays of maximum 90 days. most delays are now client side only.
We are working closely with all clients to ensure that any lag in project workflow takes into account the shifting working schemes as well as the sensitive sociopolitical environment 2020 - 2021 has brought.

We begin the introduction of deferred payment options for clients given the current situation. We are able to offer this due to government assistance that allows us more financial flexibility which crucially results in more time for clients to settle invoices

As expected greater tier 4 restrictions come into effect in an attempt to prevent the spread of the virus during large gatherings and family get togethers. Client side decisions now focussed on restructuring strategies for the coming spring

UK regulators approve the emergency use of AstraZeneca vaccine. Hope begins to emerge that the crisis will come under under control

PM Boris Johnson announces that reopening plans will receive an addition 4 week delay. Many clients are concerned at the uncertainty. Projects that have been worked on for completion in late June now must be restructured
23June 21st 2021
PM Boris Johnson states that things are looking good for reopening on the 19th of July. Clients demonstrate an unwillingness to invest in any major decisions based upon the previous plans of reopening that could not occur. Client side decisions are placed on hold - consequently many projects now are on hold
